Avee began as a family-run broiler farming operation over three decades ago, grounded in the practical realities of India’s tropical poultry environment. As the industry evolved, we saw the need for genetics that truly matched these conditions. In 2016, we began developing our own pure-line broiler breed, built through years of focused selection and real-world testing. This work led to the creation of Avee 395, a line designed and proven in India. Today, Avee operates across India and Africa, supplying reliable genetics, technical support and a steady commitment to strengthening poultry production for farmers and partners across domestic and international markets.

The Visionary behind AVEE
Mr Shrikrushna Gangurde,
Chairman and Managing Director
A postgraduate in Agriculture, Mr. Gangurde started his journey in fruit and vegetable farming before venturing into poultry farming in 1999. His relentless focus on innovation and breed development led to the creation of India’s own high-performing broiler breed – Avee-395.
With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Gangurde has played a pivotal role in shaping the poultry industry in India. He currently serves on the board of various agricultural industries, furthering his vision of sustainable and profitable poultry farming.
