We work with small farmers to help them raise chickens on their farms by giving them all the necessary resources, including chicks, feed, technical assistance, and medicine. We then pick up the grown chickens from the farmers by paying them a per-kg chicken-growing rate and giving them incentives. For contract growing farming, we are associated with over 1500 farmers across the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Karnataka.
